You are receiving this message as a precaution because Seekda provided us with your contact details in connection with the incident. This does not automatically mean that your personal data was actually affected.

– Reservation and property identifiers
– Name, postal address, email address and telephone number
– Booking and stay information, including:
– Arrival and departure dates
– Room and rate information
– Occupancy
– Booked services
– Reservation status
Booking and payment-related information, including:
– Booking price
– Currency
– Payment status
– Payment amounts
– Payment references
IMPORTANT: Based on the information currently available, the affected reservation data did not contain credit card numbers, card expiry dates, card security codes (CVC/CVV) or bank account details.

In connection with this security incident, we will not contact you by email, SMS or WhatsApp asking you to confirm or update personal information, reservation details or payment information.

Please be particularly cautious of messages that:
– ask you to confirm or update your reservation,
– request a new or additional payment,
– ask you to enter credit card or payment details,
– put you under time pressure,
– contain links to payment or booking websites, or
– claim to be from Das Alpenhaus Katschberg.1640 or Seekda.
If you receive a suspicious message, please do not click on any links, open suspicious attachments or provide any personal or financial information.
If you have already clicked on a suspicious link and entered credit card or payment details or made a payment, please contact your credit card provider or bank immediately and report the incident.
WHAT ACTION IS BEING TAKEN?
According to Seekda, immediate measures were taken to contain the incident once it became known, and the security incident continues to be investigated.
We are also closely monitoring further developments and carefully reviewing the information provided to us by Seekda as well as any measures that may be required as a result.
