CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Organizer

The competition is offered by DAS ALPENHAUS KATSCHBERG.1640 (Hotel am Katschberg Betriebsgesellschaft mbH; MD Tina Maria Verdi; Katschberghöhe 333, A-5582 St. Michael im Lungau). In the following briefly "Das Alpenhaus Katschberg" or "HOTEL".

The data protection regulations apply as on the "HOTEL" homepage. If I agree, the information I have given about myself and the data I have collected will be stored within the hotel, processed in an automated manner and used for advertising purposes.

2. Participation

Winner will be selected at random and contacted and notified. He agrees that his name will be publicly mentioned on Facebook.

Participation is in no way dependent on the purchase of services from the "HOTEL".

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the rules of the competition.

The participant is responsible for the correctness of his contact details.

Participants must be of legal age. Children and young people under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Exclusion

Employees of the "HOTEL" and their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not entitled to participate.

Children and young people under the age of 18 are also excluded.

If these conditions of participation are violated, the hotel reserves the right to exclude people from the competition.

Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. If necessary, winnings can also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed in these cases. Anyone who provides untrue personal information can be excluded from the competition.

4. Execution and Settlement

The winners will be determined at random.

The winners agree to be notified directly by the hotel of their prize.

We assume no liability for the occurrence of technical problems in mail traffic or during the registration process for the raffle.

The redemption of the prize is only possible on request and subject to availability.

No cash payment possible.

There is no cash payment of the prize and it cannot be passed on to third parties.

Legal recourse is excluded.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The hotel points out that the availability and functions of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The application can be terminated and removed due to external circumstances and constraints without the participants having any claims against the hotel.

6. Final Provisions

Legal recourse is excluded.

No correspondence will be conducted about the competition.

Only Austrian law is applicable.
