Out on the mountain in the Lungau you can refuel with hearty Salzburg and Carinthian dishes at the rustic, welcoming ski huts.
For beginners there is “Katschi’s Kinderwelt”, with child-friendly pistes and lifts, the gentle Mini Jet drag lift and funny Katschi figures to ski through. Back from a day on the snow, you can leave your gear in our heated ski cellar, and the boot dryer makes sure the ski boots are warm and ready again the next morning. For beginners, it all starts with the basics, and children learn those best in a course with one of the many local ski schools. In the dedicated children’s areas, such as the Kinderland, the little ones make their first turns in a playful way before qualified instructors guide them onto the piste.
